Flame Up in '08 - SMALL GROUPS Intentional Discipleship, The Power of Fellowship Why discipleship? God created us to be in relationship with Him and others. We are not designed to live as followers of Christ as “Lone Rangers.” We are designed to connect and to be in community with one another. Even from the beginning of the early church, the believers knew that an intimate life with Christ translated into an intimate life with each other (Acts 2:42-47). You can get connected to God’s family through one of the following small groups: NEW GROUPS Wednesdays @ 6:00 p.m. Discipleship Group led by Pastor Paul Meets in Paul's office and his home Limited to 12 people Requirements: Willing to lead a new discipleship group by the fall of 2008 (Fall of 2009 if you are a new Christian). Willing to enter into a daily devotional life with Christ. Willing to learn to pray and engage in prayer ministry for others. Willing to consider going on a short-term church planting mission trip within 24 months. Not currently involved in a small group.
