PAWS (pets are working saints) goes to places like Lakeview Estates and Ashton Gables. They visit residents at the facilit6ies to offer companionship, memory stimulation and physical therapy through petting and feeding.

These pets are especially helpful for residents battling Alzheimer’s. Volunteers are drawn from the church but it is open to the public. In honor of the pet volunteers, Christ Church United Methodist hosts an annual “All God’s Creatures Day”.
